The complete experience. Your family walks the full journey — Candlewick Lane, the Poet’s Study, Father Christmas in the Lodge, Pudding Yard — and then goes further: the Secret Sorting House, a fifteen-minute working visit where children help the mice with the Christmas post, and the Mouse Registry, the big-top show where the story deepens and your children are asked to help.
Best for: families who want the whole story, and children old enough to take it all in.

Pre-School Journey — The First Christmas
Shaped for the youngest visitors.
The guided journey at a gentler pace, made for toddlers and pre-schoolers having their first real Christmas experience — and still available for children up to 10. Your family walks Candlewick Lane, steps into the Poet’s Study, meets Father Christmas in the Lodge, and lingers in Pudding Yard among the trees, the hidden games and the hot chocolate — before the Village Square and a gift from the Toy Stalls.
Best for: first Christmases, toddlers and pre-schoolers — and any child who wants Father Christmas without a long programme.

Evening Journey — The Village
The village, the lights, the hot chocolate.
Entry to the heart of it: the Village Square. Wander the market chalets, ride the carousel, listen to the carollers from the bandstand, and stay as long as you like. The guided journey, Father Christmas and the shows are not included.
Best for: drop-in visits, big groups, grandparents joining for the atmosphere.
