Your tickets. Your tickets will arrive by email on the day you book. You will need your QR code to enter the village, so save the email somewhere easy to find – a screenshot or a flagged message works well. If you cannot locate your tickets, you can retrieve them here.
Your time slot. Entry is timed and staggered, so please arrive at the time printed on your ticket. If you arrive early, the village entrance area is a lovely place to wait, but your journey through the experience begins at your allocated time.
What to wear. The village is largely covered, but parts of the outdoor village are open to the elements. Dress warmly: coats, scarves, and gloves are all welcome. The atmosphere is lantern-lit and unhurried, and there is something particularly right about arriving wrapped up against a winter’s evening.
The site is cashless. Please bring a card for food, drink, and anything that catches your eye in the market.
Arriving. Have your tickets ready to be scanned at the entrance. Your journey begins from the moment you step through the gate. The world inside is complete, and every person you meet belongs to it.
Buggies. A supervised buggy park is provided at the entrance, free of charge. Buggies cannot be taken into the experience itself, but will be safe and waiting for you when you return to the village.
Bags and belongings. Please keep bags to a minimum where possible. The experience involves moving through a number of intimate spaces, and travelling light makes the journey easier and more enjoyable.
Toilets. Facilities are available on site. We recommend visiting before your timed entry begins, particularly with young children.
Photography. You are warmly encouraged to take photographs throughout the village. In Father Christmas’s Study, a professional photograph will be taken of your family – details of how to receive this will be shared during your visit.
London Christmas Village is designed for families with children aged 3 to 10, and the experience is built so that parents and children move through it together side by side, at every stage.
There is no drop-off. There are no waiting areas. Every part of the journey is shared.
Children under 3 are welcome in the village, but the structured experience – the story, the grotto, and the theatre – is designed for children aged 3 and above.
Children with additional needs. The site is fully step-free throughout. The experience is designed to be calm, unhurried, and never overstimulating. No loud music, no flashing lights, no sudden surprises. If you have specific accessibility requirements or would like to discuss your child’s needs before visiting, please contact us in advance and we will make sure everything is in place.
The experience lasts around three hours for the full T1 journey. Shorter tiers take less time, but the village is designed for those who want to stay a little longer. There is no rush, and that is rather the point.
Your children will leave with something they made with their own hands. It is not a souvenir. Keep it somewhere quiet when you get home, and see what happens on Christmas Eve.
The village has plenty to offer. Hot food, seasonal treats, hot chocolate, mulled wine, and a craft gin bar are all available in the Atrium Forest and Market and the Outdoor Village. Everything is freshly prepared and in keeping with the Dickensian world around it. The site is cashless throughout.

The Access Card. London Christmas Village is proud to work with Nimbus Disability and recognises the Access Card scheme. If you or a member of your family holds an Access Card, please bring it with you and our team will use it to understand your needs quickly and discreetly, without you having to explain yourself at the gate. Quiet moments. The experience is designed to be gentle in pace and atmosphere throughout. If at any point you or your child needs a quieter space or a moment to step back, please speak to any member of our team — they will help, without fuss.
London Christmas Village is on Shepherd’s Bush Green, W12, in the heart of west London, one of the best-connected spots in the city. We strongly encourage all visitors to arrive by public transport. There is no event car parking on site, and the walk from any of the stations below is short and pleasant.

Shepherd’s Bush (London Overground, West London Line) is directly adjacent to the Central Line station and a 2-minute walk from the site. Services run between Willesden Junction and Clapham Junction, with peak-hour services continuing to Stratford.
By Bus
A large number of bus routes serve Shepherd’s Bush Green and the surrounding area, making it easy to reach from across west and central London.

There is a Santander Cycles docking station at Woodstock Grove, Shepherd’s Bush — a short ride from the site. Cycling is a pleasant way to arrive, particularly on quieter winter evenings.
By Car
There is no event car parking at London Christmas Village. The site sits on a public green and we ask all visitors to plan their journey by public transport, on foot, or by bicycle.
If you are travelling from further afield and driving is unavoidable, the nearest public car parks are at Westfield London (Ariel Way, W12), approximately a 10-minute walk from the site. Standard Westfield parking charges apply.
By Taxi or Rideshare
Shepherd’s Bush Green is well served by taxis and rideshare services. Ask to be dropped at Shepherd’s Bush Green, W12. There is a drop-off point on Uxbridge Road adjacent to the Green.
On Foot
If you are already in the area, the Green is easy to find on foot. It sits at the junction of Uxbridge Road and Goldhawk Road, a short walk from Westfield London, Shepherd’s Bush Empire, and the surrounding neighbourhood.
