The adventure begins with entry into the London Christmas Village through an enchanting tunnel, the gateway between ‘normal’ London and the magical world of Santa and the elves. You will get a brief introduction to the upcoming adventure with the help of some animatronic friends, theatre lighting and special effects. before you are off to adventure in the Village where each member of staff is in character. Visit the bauble shop in the Elf Marketplace, pick sweets on Candy Cane Lane, head to the Post Office to send out some christmas cards, or just take a seat to enjoy hot chocolate and a seasonal snack while listening to carollers and live-performance musicians in the bandstand.

You will then proceed into the big-top theatre, where families will be led to their workbenches before the performance. Over the next hour, discover the challenge facing the North Pole, “a lack of Christmas spirit” causing ruin to the elf houses, before acrobats, singers and performers take you on a musical journey to help reset their houses and relight the Spirit of Christmas. Throughout the show, each child will be given opportunities to participate, with a miniature wooden elf home in a build-along set, sing-along songs and ambient performers taking to the floor and interacting with families.

Santa’s Grotto is the cornerstone of the experience, literally
and figuratively! In order to ensure everyone gets the chance ot meet Mr Claus, we will have 4 seperate grottos set up in each cover of the space. Your timed ticket will give the name of the grotto to head to, and the enclosed, maze like entyway ensures children will only know of the existence of the grotto they visit. Along the walkway will be fun activities including Elfie Selfie Frames, a Colour-in Christmas Mural and Elf’s Jigsaw Walls to keep tots entertianed in the queue, before meeting Santa, getting the perfect photo memory and taking home a special gift.
In the Village taking place on the show stage, you’ll join Mrs. Claus with whom you will decorate the perfect Gingerbread cookie for you to take home as a gift to mum or dad, or eat right away – there is no wrong choice according to Mrs. Claus! Throughout the show, each child will be given gingerbread cookies and a range of delicious decorations while you hear a story and ambient performers take to the floor and interacting with families.
