Pre-School Journey is the morning option designed for toddlers and pre-schoolers. It includes Dickens Lane, Clement’s Study, Father Christmas in the Grotto, the Winter Garden and Village Square, plus a gift.
Full Journey includes all seven stops, adding the Gift Giver’s Guildhall and Aurora’s All-Elf Theatre. Children receive a gift from each, alongside their Father Christmas gift.
Entry to the Village Square, with market chalets, lights, carollers and music, as well as a story from Father Christmas on the bandstand. Food and drink are available to buy.
Pre-School: a gift from Father Christmas. Full Journey: a gift from Father Christmas, the Gift Giver’s Guildhall and Aurora’s All-Elf Theatre. Evening: no gifts included.
One carousel ride is included with Pre-School Journey. The carousel terms for Full Journey and Evening tickets need to be confirmed before this page is published.
Food and drink are available to buy separately in the village.
The Journey includes a family photo opportunity in the Grotto. Print or digital images are available and carry an additional charge.
Both give you the same Full Journey. Choose either 10:45am–1:55pm or 2pm–5:45pm entry, then select an available date and time.
