Ticket Tiers

Choose how far into the story you go.

Every ticket gets you into the village — the lantern-lit square, the market, the carousel, the carollers. From there, you choose how much of the Christmas story your family unlocks: the room where it begins, the Lodge with Father Christmas, the Workshop, and the Show where your children are asked to help.

Tickets are from £15 to £75.

The Five Tiers

£75 T1 · The Full Journey

Everything, in order, start to finish.

The complete experience with nothing left out. Your family walks the whole Journey — the Poet’s Study, the Father Christmas Lodge, the Workshop, the Hidden Wood, the Mouse Registry show, and the Village Square.

  • All six visits on the guided Journey.
  • Father Christmas with a photograph, plus a gift your child chooses at the end.
  • Workshop (including two crafting experiences) and the Mouse Registry Theatre Show (with a gifted surprise).

Best for: Families who want the whole story, and the children old enough to take it all in.

£65 T2 · The Story & The Show

The full story, with the Big Top show at its heart.

The Journey built around the Mouse Registry — the 40-minute show where the story deepens and your children are asked to help. You meet Father Christmas, walk the Hidden Wood, and build something to take home.

  • Poet’s Study, Father Christmas Lodge, Hidden Wood, Mouse Registry and Village Square.
  • Mouse Registry Theatre Show gift and Father Christmas gift included.

Best for: Families who want the headline show and the full emotional arc without the craft.

£45 T3 · The Story & The Workshop

Hands-on, with the elf-led craft.

The guided story plus the Workshop, where small hands make some charms to take home. You meet Father Christmas and walk the Hidden Wood.

  • Poet’s Study, Father Christmas Lodge, Hidden Wood, the Workshop and Village Square.
  • Workshop crafts and Father Christmas gift included.

Best for: Younger makers who love getting hands-on more than sitting for a show.

£30 T4 · Father Christmas & The Village

Meet Father Christmas, then the village is yours.

Learn the story in the Poet’s Study, meet Father Christmas, walk the Hidden Wood, and have the full run of the Village Square.

  • Poet’s Study, Father Christmas Lodge, Hidden Wood and Village Square.
  • Father Christmas gift included.

Best for: First visits, very young children, or families wanting the meeting and the market without a long programme.

£15 T5 · Village Entry

The village, the lights, the hot chocolate.

Entry to the heart of it: the Hidden Wood path and the Village Square. Wander the market chalets, ride the carousel, listen to the carollers, send a card from the Post Office.

  • Hidden Wood and Village Square (market, carousel, bandstand, Post Office).
  • Food and drink available to buy (not included in the ticket).

Best for: Anyone who wants the atmosphere of the village.

What Every Ticket Includes

Every ticket includes the village.

Whichever tier you choose, your family gets free-flow time in the Village Square — the market chalets, the carousel, the bandstand carollers and the lantern-lit Hidden Wood. There is no rush to leave. The square is yours for as long as you like.

Resident’s Day

Resident’s Day — our thank you to Shepherd’s Bush.

On Saturday 28 November 2026, the village opens first to the people who live closest to it. We’re giving away nearly 3,000 free tickets to families in the immediate area, across all five tiers, so every local child can hear the story of the Christmas Mice, meet Father Christmas and enjoy the village.

The Story Can Go Home With You

The story doesn’t end at the gates.

The Christmas Mice is an original story, hand-drawn and made for this village. The things your children carry out — and the illustrated book the whole experience is built on — are there so the story keeps going at home, long after the lights come down.
